What Is Facility Schedule Intelligence?
Schedule intelligence turns an external facility calendar into operational information for the academy using it.
Facility schedule intelligence is the process of monitoring a facility's published schedule, detecting changes and connecting those changes to the organization's own activities.
It is not the same as facility management
An academy can use a rink, court, field, pool or gym without operating that facility. The facility remains responsible for its master schedule; the academy needs to understand how that external schedule affects its own bookings.
The operational workflow
- Capture the supported published facility schedule
- Refresh it on a defined cadence
- Compare the new version with prior schedule information
- Identify additions, removals or time changes
- Compare those changes with academy lessons or events
- Surface affected activity for authorized users
